How to Sell Server SpaceIn Feburary 2016 23,

In Feburary 2016 23,
Set up your web server. You can either build one, purchase one, or rent space on an existing web server. Next you will need to insure the server is connected to a high speed internet connection with a dedicated ip address. Then purchase a domain name and configure name servers such as ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com. This will allow those buying web server space from you to point their domains to your web server. Ensure the necessary programs and software are installed, such as the Linux Operating System, Apache Server software, PHP programming environment, and MySQL databases.
Select your administration software. One of the most automatic and easy to use web server administration software is the combination of cPanel and Web Host Manger (WHM). This will allow you to quickly and easily setup new web sites on your server, perform administrative tasks, as well as give limited control and configuration to your customers.
Set up hosting packages. You should create different price points for different packages which include different features and level of storage space and bandwidth. This can be easily done with WHM. Make sure to assign the correct package when setting up a new site for a customer. Changes or upgrades can be easily made as well.
Create a web site to advertise, display the pricing and details of each package, and to take credit card orders is an effective and helpful way to bring in new customers. Create language about support, terms of conditions, ways to order, information about your company, and more.
Set up a PayPal account to accept credit card payments. One of the most cost effective and easiest ways to accept recurring monthly billing through credit cards is with PayPal subscriptions. Creating a PayPal account is free with a 3 to 5 percent fee charged to each order. PayPal is a commonly used method and allows for purchase with a PayPal account, credit card, or debit card. When configured correctly the order will automatically bill each month, year, or whatever period you set up. You can easily email an invoice with a payment link or embed the payment link into your web site.
Create or rent a daily backup solution so that your data and those of your clients are protected from any viruses, hacker attempts, or hardware or software failures. Explain your backup policy to your customers in your terms of agreement and determine any potential problems or limitations ahead of time.
Set up a fee structure for additional services. This includes advanced support, site or data restoration, custom coding, custom configuration, web design, and more. By offering these additional services you can increase your income and continue to meet the needs of your customers.

How to Throw a casual wine tasting partyIn Feburary 2016 13,

In Feburary 2016 13,
Plan the date so that you can have 6-8 guests. Ask each couple or person to bring an appetizer and one bottle of wine in a paper bag (have bag available for those that did not remember.)
Ask your guests to arrive promptly at a specific time so you can begin eating and wine tasting at the same time. Fashionably late doesn't work for this party!
Specify a maximum price range on the wine. It's up to each person if they want to try and 'fool' everyone with a cheap wine, or give them a taste of an expensive one. If possible, decide ahead of time whether to taste whites or reds.
When guests arrive, the host should remove the cork and place the bottle in a paper bag if they did not arrive that way. Once all wine has arrived, in random order, write a number each bag. Place a rubber band around the top, or tie a ribbon around the neck of the bottle to keep the bag from falling off.
Have paper and pencils ready for your guests with a chart already drawn. Have numbers down the side and ratings across the top, leave room for comments on the right side. This will be used to rate the wines. You can even have a column to guess the price!
Start by having everyone fill a plate with food and start to enjoy the appetizers. Provide everyone with a wine glass and pour a small amount of the same bottle into each glass. You don't have to empty the bottle, leave some so when the 'tasting' is over, those that like the various wines can have a bit more.
Encourage conversation about the wine, how does it taste? Can people tell if it's a Merlot or Cabernet? What's the value? You don't have to be a wine enthusiast with all the right words to have fun at this party. Keep it simple. Have them rate it on a scale of 1 to 5 with five being the best.
Even though you are eating a variety of foods, and some wine tastes better than others with different flavors - this is for fun - not for the professional wine tasters.
Compare and have fun! Repeat with the remaining bottles of wine, just a few sips for every person out of each bottle is enough.
When done, tally up the scores and see who is the winner! Was it the $5 bottle of the $20 bottle? Who wants more?

How to Share Hundreds of PicturesIn Feburary 2016 10,

In Feburary 2016 10,
Visit a photo-hosting website such as PhotoBucket.com or Flickr (see Resources). Create an account (if you don't already have one) by clicking on either the 'Sign Up' or 'Create Your Account' buttons and following the directions given to you.
Click on 'Upload Photos and Videos' on Photobucket.com or on 'Upload Your Photos' if using Flickr. Locate the photo files or folders on your computer that you want to upload to either site and click 'OK.' The photos will then be loaded to the site. If desired, you can click on the 'Organize' button to organize your photos into separate albums.
On PhotoBucket.com, click on 'My Home' or on Flickr click on the 'You' tab. Copy the link in the address bar of your Internet browser. That will be the link you can give to other people so that they can visit your photo page and view your pictures.
Sharing Images with Facebook
Join a social networking site like Facebook and upload your pictures to your profile. Click on 'Sign Up' to create an account (if you don't already have one) and follow the steps given to you.
Click on 'Profile' to see your own profile and then click on 'Photos.' Click on 'Upload Photos' in the upper right corner and then find your photos on your computer . You can create a new photo album and edit the descriptions or order of your pictures.
Copy the link that appears under 'Share this album with anyone by sending them this public link' a the bottom of your album. Share that link with anyone you want to see your pictures, even if they're not Facebook members, and they will be able to view your pictures.
Sharing Images Via Email
Create a compressed zip folder, which allows you to place a large amount of files into a folder and compress it down for sending and downloading. Right-click on the desktop of your PC, scroll over 'New' and then click on 'Compressed (zipped) folder.' Name the folder and then copy any pictures you want to share with others and paste them into the folder.
Log in to your personal email account, compose a new message and then click on the appropriate button that allows you to add an attachment to your email. Locate the compressed folder you just created, click on 'OK' and the folder will be attached to the document.
Enter the email addresses of the people you want to receive your pictures in the 'To' line of your email message with each email address separated by a semicolon, and click 'Send.' Be aware that most email programs have a limit on how large a file size in an email can be. For example, Google Gmail has a limit of 25MB per email, while Yahoo! Mail has a file size limit of 20MB per email. Placing your photos in a compressed folder will help keep the file size down, but double-check on the file size of the folder before attaching it.
