Save the file that you have received on your computer. Pdf unlock will remove the the restrictions on it as long as it is not DRM protected.
Go to http://www.pdfunlock.com.Press the browse button and you will be prompted to find your saved file.
Choose the file you want and there you have it! Editable material that won't drive you loco!
